If you need to return a product for any reason,  please read this guide

A.    Damaged Order
1.   E-mail us right away with your Order Number

2.    Include a copy of the invoice with all returns/exchanges. Include a note explaining the situation.
3.    Pack the product(s) with original packaging in a shipping envelope/box
B.    Order was incorrect
1.    E-mail us right away with your Order Number
Returns@a-zonegear.com
2.    Include a copy of the invoice with all returns, please mark the RMA# on the invoice
3.    Please mark clearly the RA# (Return Authorization Number ) on the outside of the packaging, Packages without an RA# on the outside will not be accepted.
C.    If you would like to Return your product for a credit or refund
1.    Return Policy: We want you to be satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, return it via insured Parcel Post or UPS within 30 days of receipt for full credit or refund, less shipping and handling.

2.  E-mail us right away with your Order Number

3.    Include a copy of the invoice with all returns, with a short note so that we have feed back

Only returns in new and unused condition will be accepted.
